I’m a Voice and Broadcast Technologies Expert and Technical Support Analyst with over 25 years of experience helping people help themselves. I’ve worked with organizations ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations, leading projects, managing deployments, and supporting mission-critical voice and broadcast solutions.
Now with Environment Canada, I help ensure Canadians receive timely and reliable weather information, because it’s important, and because it saves lives.
My specialties include project management, networking, IT security, deployment and support of voice solutions, field work in remote locations, databases, end-user and second-level support, cloud and cluster maintenance, soldering, and schematics.
Outside of work, I’m a critic for Cinémaniax, where I cover video games and geeky conventions. I also enjoy 3D printing, building retro arcades, and flying my drone, always finding new ways to blend technology, creativity, and exploration.
